Contact us via phone (from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. (GMT -5:00)) in the cases if:
1. Your site does not work;
2.Your clients cannot make order.

For any other technical issue, you should submit new support ticket via helpdesk only. The issues, which are required immediate support, are served within three hours from 5 P.M. to 7 A.M. (GMT -5:00). In the rest cases, the issues are served within 24 hours.
